Small villa ideally located, with no overlooking neighbors, about 1 km from beaches and shops. South-facing terrace overlooking the forest. Outside: plancha grill, sun loungers, rings to secure your bikes, and a parking space. The house features a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Living area with sofa, large-screen TV, digital and foreign channels (including German), FM Hi-Fi, CD, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, and gas hob. Tea towels, hand towels, and sponges are provided. Sleeping area: one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a mezzanine with another 160x200 cm bed. Sheets and pillows are provided; beds can be made up for you for an extra charge. Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, cleaning products, broom, and vacuum cleaner. One reserved parking space. Many activities nearby: bike paths, thalassotherapy, tennis, golf, pétanque, casino. Lake Carcans and Lacanau, Cousseau nature reserve, Arcachon Bay 30 minutes away.
